On 18 November 2022, we are once again organizing the Danish-Chinese education online forum, and as is the case every year, the topic is well-being – this time with a special focus on the right not to be perfect.

Well-being among children and young people is one of the most important topics of our time, aa alas, many students experience a great deal of pressure to perform. They have to be good at everything. But how, and why, has this imbalance arisen in the young people's expectations of achievements on the one hand and the possibility of realizing them on the other? What prerequisites must be present and what needs must be met in order for students to thrive? How do we ensure healthy competition so that students compete with themselves instead of each other?

Well-being experts, teachers, students and parents from both Denmark and China are trying to find answers to these and many other questions. Through dialogues held at a six-hour forum on 18 November 2022, Chinese and Danish participants exchange views and experiences in pairs. Dialogues will be facilitated by a journalist and a simultaneous interpreter.
